Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used herbal tea products
- Digital downloads that have already been accessed
- Customized or personalized orders
Refund Process:
- Email us at support@wisdomthrives.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- Include a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
